2. ELIGIBILITY

4. NATURAL PRODUCTS AND FRESHNESS

Many WELLRICH products are intentionally made without artificial preservatives, colours, flavours or chemicals as stated for the particular product.

Because of this, certain products may have a shorter shelf life than conventionally preserved products.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Purchase quantities appropriate for their consumption.
• Store products according to the instructions provided.
• Keep products in suitable environmental conditions.
• Consume products within the stated best-before or recommended freshness period.
• Avoid consuming products after the expiry/best-before date where applicable.

The Website may recommend purchasing quantities suitable for consumption within approximately 30–45 days, depending on the product.

5. CONTROLLED PURCHASE POLICY

To protect product freshness, availability and genuine household consumption, WELLRICH may apply reasonable purchase limits.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Purchase quantities may be limited according to product type and household consumption.
• An authorised customer account may be limited to a maximum of three purchases per month.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WELLRICH currently provides delivery across India, subject to serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

11. DELIVERY INSPECTION AND PACKAGE SEAL

Customers are advised to inspect the outer package and product seal immediately upon delivery.

If a package appears:

• Tampered with,
• Severely damaged,
• Leaking, or
• Having a visibly broken product seal,

the customer should, wherever reasonably possible, refuse delivery and immediately contact WELLRICH with photographs or other supporting evidence.

Where a product is delivered with a damaged or compromised seal, customers should not consume the product and should contact customer support promptly.

Claims may require photographs, videos, order details, packaging details and other reasonable evidence to facilitate investigation.

12. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

A customer may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

WELLRICH may cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable.
• The delivery location is not serviceable.
• The order violates purchase restrictions.
• There is suspected fraud or misuse.
• There is an obvious technical or pricing error.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

Where a cancellation is initiated by WELLRICH after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the applicable refund process.

13. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

As WELLRICH supplies food and consumable products, returns of opened or used food products may not generally be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, customers may contact us regarding:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Missing product.
• Damaged product.
• Compromised seal.
• Product damaged during transportation.
• Manufacturing or packaging defect.
• Other legitimate issues recognised under applicable law.

Claims should ordinarily be reported as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, together with:

• Order number.
• Photographs/videos of the package.
• Photographs of the product.
• Photograph of the seal, where relevant.
• Description of the issue.

The above reporting period is intended to assist with verification and shall not restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

After verification, WELLRICH may, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution. Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.

14. PRODUCT QUALITY AND NATURAL VARIATION

WELLRICH believes in preserving the natural characteristics of its products.

Accordingly, customers acknowledge that natural products may exhibit reasonable variations in:

The current programme provides for a benefit of approximately 3–5% from eligible purchases, subject to the applicable programme terms.

The allocation:
